Prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. We accept COD, eSewa, Khalti, and Bank Transfer. Our pricing reflects the craftsmanship, comfort, and charm behind every outfit.
Add your favorite outfits to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping & payment details, and complete your purchase. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a warm acknowledgment via email or WhatsApp.
We deliver to all parts of Nepal within 3-12 working days. Shipping is free on orders above NPR 5000. For others, minimal rates apply. Every parcel is packed with care, carrying love, positivity, and good energy.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once dispatched, it cannot be changed. To return, please reach out quickly via Email.
We accept returns for unused, unworn products in original packaging, requested within 2 days of delivery. Innerwear, accessories, and custom pieces are not returnable due to their personal nature.
Refunds are processed within 7–12 business days depending on the location after receiving your returned item. COD refunds go to your bank account, eSewa, or Khalti. We ensure a graceful, transparent process.
